How the board makes decisions
The board makes spending decisions asynchronously in WhatsApp on an as-needed basis. Think of it as one continuous meeting that’s always happening. We’ve established an “SJPC Board Votes” WhatsApp group where expenses are formally proposed then voted on. A majority vote from the board passes. Below is an export of the Votes WhatsApp group.
